Before I ran the marathon distance, I was already thinking about getting a piece of jewelry to commemorate the big event. I looked around but nothing really caught my eye that was within my budget. Then when I ran the Surrey Marathon in September I met this wonderful lady at the Health and Wellness expo, Cathy the owner and creator of Running Jewels. 

I talked to her a bit about my blog and she expressed interest about doing a review/giveaway. Well I've been wearing this necklace since the beginning of November. I haven't taken it off at all, not to shower or anything.

My skin is very sensitive to jewelry and I easily react to things. I have not had any problems at all with this necklace because it is made from very high quality sterling silver.
