June Goals

My fellow blogger and friend, Runner Leana is great at making monthly goals and she's inspired me to do the same!

1. After the success of DietBet 2.0 I've decided to attempt DietBet 3.0 (You can join the SweatPink DietBet too!)

2. Finish my quilt that I've been working on FOREVER












3. Complete the 13in2013 challenge by running the Rock n' Roll Seattle Half & the Vancouver Scotiabank Half (June 22 & 23)

4. Read/review at least two new books: "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed (June Book Club book) & "The Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window & Disappeared" by Jonas Jonasson. I have so many books on my list right now I better get reading!

5. Try 4 new gluten-free recipes!

6. Begin Marathon training, eeek it's almost time...

7. Attend CrossFit at least 3 x a week (I get 14 sessions per month so some weeks I will be going 4).

8. Make most snacks/lunches at home and remember to bring them with me!

9. Go for more walks with Griffin, we used to go everyday and now that the weather is nicer I want to take advantage of it.

  1. How did you learn how to quilt? I'd like to do that, but I don't know if one needs to take classes or if there are just instructions in pattern books. What's the best way to get started?

  3. Great list you got there! :) My goal for this month is to get back to swimming. :) I'd like to start training for tri soon. :)
