Well as it turns out, thanks to the support of my friends, family, and some of my followers, I ended up coming in 1st! Of all the 10 people who entered, we are pretty much all friends on Twitter, if not in real life as well. We all voted for each other. You could vote once every hour, I don't remember how many days it lasted, but it was crazy voting for each other every day. I'm sure all of our tweets spammed more than a few people's twitter feeds.
Anyways, it was decided in the end that we were pretty much all winners. For the photo shoot there was to be some division between the top 5 winners and the bottom 5 and how we would be featured. However, it is December and coordinating 10 different people's schedules is nearly impossible. So in the end, only 6 of us were able to make it to the photo shoot which took place this past Sunday.
On Saturday night, I actually started to feel a little bit nervous about the photo shoot. I've never been photographed running for anybody else. Yes, I usually buy my photos and post them here, but this felt different. I also wasn't sure how to prepare... Were we actually going to be running for a distance? Should I bring multiple outfits? Do I need to wear makeup? Ahhh, I didn't know what to do!
I had a great time despite the continual freezing temperatures. Everyone was in great spirits as we experimented with different shots running back and forth along the seawall in Ambleside. Jacki had ever so kindly brought hand warmers that she picked up from Target after the Santa Shuffle, good call Jacki!!!
Jennifer (of Jennifer Strang Photography) did a fabulous job of making us all feel comfortable and directing us to get some great shots!
We all did our best to make sure everyone stayed as warm as possible!

We finished earlier than expected, and everyone collaborated together to get a few extra shots!
