Blogging for Rock 'n' Roll including a giveaway entry to #RnRVAN!

I made an announcement a couple of weeks ago in my blogiversary post about how I've been invited to blog for 2 very cool races this year. One of those races is the Rock 'n' Roll Oasis Vancouver Half Marathon & Cunningham Seawall 10k. They introduced me on their rock 'n' blog site today:

Half Marathon: $85 until June 1st & 10k: $45 through July 1st

I'm so stoked that this race series is coming to Vancouver and to be part of the inaugural event is truly an unexpected honor. I mean the Rock n' Roll series is kind of a big deal and to be able to blog for them is a REALLY big deal for me. Last year, I took part in both Rock 'n' Roll Portland and Rock 'n' Roll Seattle and they were some of the most exciting races I attended last year. You just can't beat that kind of entertainment during a race!

Even though I was planning to wait to do this giveaway, I'm so excited I just can't! Also, just in case someone from out of town wins, I want to give them lots of time to plan their amazing trip to Vancouver!     I want to win so I can drag my best friend Molly along! I run better with her with me anyways, and was sad when she said she couldn't register. (Apparently school and living expenses come first?Sigh). The more the merrier! -Kendall (@k3ndallmarie)

    I did the RnR Seattle in 2012 and would love to do the inaugural Vancouver run. I've heard it's a beautiful city and would love to experience another RnR in another city.

      It is a really beautiful city, you definitely need to plan a visit and racecations are the best kind of vacations!

    I wish I could come up to Vancouver to run this race! RnR races are on my wish list and so is visiting Canada!

      Visiting Canada is a definite must-do for your bucket list and Vancouver is the perfect way to do that!

      I love driving to Seattle especially for a race because it feels so similar to home. I hope you'll be joining us in October for #RnRVAN or at least for #RnRSEA in your own backyard!

    I would like to win because my boyfriend and I are running one half-marathon every month in 2014. We are also trying to do as many of the Rock-N-Roll series that we can. We ran the #RnRAZ two weeks ago and are planning on running
    -San Francisco
    -Portland
    -San Diego
    -Seattle
    -Denver
    -Chicago
    -Los Angeles
    -Las Vegas
    Being able to add Vancouver to that list would be amazing- especially since it will be the first R&R event there and it is such a beautiful city!
